Casing cover and seal gland studs, the impeller nut, bearing housing and coupling bolts, hold-down bolts, jackscrews, flange studs and anchor bolts, made in Houston to your drawings and specifications.
A 6 × 4 × 13 API 610 overhung (OH2) process pump (6-inch suction, 4-inch discharge, 13-inch impeller, Class 300 nozzles) on its baseplate with motor and spacer coupling, taken apart the way a fitter does a back pull-out: guard off, coupling spacer out, casing nuts off, then the rotor, cover and bearing housing draw back out of the casing as one assembly, while the casing stays in the piping and the motor stays where it is. The assembly is then stripped, and the nozzle flanges, hold-down bolts, jackscrews and anchor nuts come off last. The bolting we make is in colour. Press Solid view for a steel model, or Cutaway to see the impeller, shaft, seal chamber and bearings inside.
Clamp the casing cover into the casing over a confined spiral-wound gasket: the pump's main pressure-containing joint. The studs stay in the casing; the nuts come off to pull the rotor.
Forcing bolts in the cover flange that push the back pull-out assembly out of the casing.
Twelve 3/4 in. studs on a 10-5/8 in. bolt circle (ASME B16.5 Class 300, NPS 6), each with two heavy hex nuts.
Eight 3/4 in. studs on a 7-7/8 in. bolt circle (ASME B16.5 Class 300, NPS 4), each with two heavy hex nuts.
A cap nut threaded to tighten against rotation, and the key that drives the impeller.
Four 5/8 in. studs on a 6.30 in. circle (API 610 seal chamber size 5), holding the cartridge mechanical seal's gland plate to the seal chamber.
Join the bearing housing to the casing cover and hold on the two bearing end covers.
Six per disc pack on the spacer coupling, alternately through hub and spacer flanges. With the hub bolts out, the spacer lifts out and the motor stays put.
Hold the coupling guard down on the baseplate.
Four through the casing's centreline feet into the pedestals and four through the motor feet (13/16 in. holes on the NEMA 445TS pattern).
On lugs welded to the baseplate, each with a jam nut, to move the motor sideways and end to end during alignment.
Eight 3/4 in. anchor bolts, four a side (API 610 standard baseplate No. 4), with a leveling screw beside each to set the baseplate before grouting.

Request a quote832-446-3442A generic 6 × 4 × 13 OH2 pump, not any maker's design. The nozzle flanges, their studs and gaskets follow ASME B16.5 and B16.20; the seal chamber and its four gland studs, the baseplate outline and the anchor bolt pattern follow API 610 (seal chamber size 5, standard baseplate No. 4); the motor feet follow NEMA frame 445TS. The casing, cover, impeller, seal parts, bearing housing, coupling, guard and motor body are illustrative typical proportions, and the casing, bearing housing, coupling, guard, hold-down and jackscrew bolt counts and sizes are typical. Your drawings govern. We manufacture to your drawings and specifications.
Drawn to ASME B16.5 (nozzle flanges and studs), ASME B16.20 (flange gaskets), API 610 (OH2 back pull-out layout, seal chamber size 5 and standard baseplate No. 4) and NEMA MG 1 (frame 445TS motor feet).
