Bearing cap and brake disc bolts, coupling and mounting bolts, cover screws, pins with retainers and hold-down bolts, made in Houston to your drawings and specifications.
A 2,000 hp AC gear-driven drawworks, a 500 ton AC top drive on its guide dolly and a 37-1/2 inch rotary table, on a piece of rig floor, taken apart the way a rig mechanic works. On the drawworks the guards and covers come off, the brake calipers are drawn clear and the discs unbolted, the couplings are opened, the gearboxes and motors come off the skid, and the bearing caps are lifted so the drum shaft can come out. On the top drive the bail is unpinned, the washpipe, gooseneck, motors and bonnet come off, the pipe handler is unpinned and the guide rail sections are parted. On the rotary table the covers come off and the master bushing and table are lifted. Everything we make is in colour. Press Solid view for a steel model.
Four bolts hold each pillow block cap over the drum shaft bearing, and four more bolt each pillow block to its pedestal on the skid.
A ring of bolts fastening each 63 in. brake disc to the spacer ring on its drum flange.
Four bolts fasten each brake caliper to its bracket, and four more bolt each bracket down to the skid.
Bolts and nuts through the flanged coupling at each end of the drum shaft, joining it to the gearbox output shaft.
Hold-down bolts through the feet of the two gearboxes and the two AC motors into their bases on the skid.
Cap screws holding the drum guard, the brake disc guards, the coupling guards and the gearbox inspection covers.
Bolts through the lugs along the skid runners and pins with retainers at the skid ends, fastening the drawworks to the rig floor.
Studs and nuts that squeeze the clamp block onto the 1-1/2 in. drilling line at the deadline anchor.
The ring of bolts under the bonnet, the row of bolts round the gear case cover and the screws on the side inspection cover.
A ring of bolts through the flange of each drilling motor into the gear case cover.
Bolt the gooseneck down on top of the bonnet, over the washpipe and its 3 in. water course.
Bolts and nuts closing the two-piece clamps over the connections between the main shaft, the IBOP valves and the saver sub, and the screws holding the IBOP actuator bracket.
The two bail pins that carry the top drive, the pins that keep the elevator links on the link adapter and the link tilt cylinder pins, each with its retainer.
Connection pins with retainers and splice plate bolts at the guide rail joint, and the pins that tie the bottom of the rail back to the mast.
Axle bolts and nuts through the dolly side plates, each carrying one guide roller.
Cap screws holding the two halves of the cover plate on the rotary housing, and the cover on the pinion shaft bearing.
Bolts through the lugs at the corners of the rotary housing into the rotary beams.

The drawworks power, drum size, drilling line size and brake disc size, the top drive hoisting rating and water course, and the rotary table opening and overall size follow published data for equipment of these ratings built to API Spec 7K and API Spec 8C. Every shape is illustrative typical proportions, and every bolt and pin count and size is typical. The hook, travelling block, drilling line, elevator and rig floor are shown only as outlines. Your equipment's drawings govern. We manufacture to your drawings and specifications.
