A 7-1/16 in. 15,000 psi frac stack to API 6A, standing on its tubing head adapter: lower master valve, hydraulic upper master, a studded flow cross with two 4-1/16 in. wing valves each side, a swab valve and a frac head, tied by a 5-1/8 in. large-bore line to one leg of a zipper manifold on its skid. It comes apart the way a crew rigs down: at each joint the nuts spin off first, then the joint opens and the ring gasket and loose studs float in the gap. The line is broken at the frac head, the stack comes down from the top, then the manifold leg: elbow block, line spool, riser, valves, header spools and the skid bolts. Sixteen 1-1/2 in. × 12-3/4 in. studs on a 16-7/8 in. bolt circle at each 7-1/16 in. 15,000 psi Type 6BX connection, from the tubing head adapter up through the master valves, flow cross, swab valve, frac head and cap, each over a BX-156 ring gasket. Tap-end studs in the cross and the top of the frac head.
Eight 1-3/8 in. × 9-1/4 in. studs on an 11-7/16 in. bolt circle at each 4-1/16 in. 15,000 psi connection along the two wings, each over a BX-155 ring gasket.
