Pump hold-down bolts, stay rods, driveshaft and engine bolting, discharge and suction studs, U-bolts and wheel studs, made in Houston to your drawings and specifications.
A 2,500 hp frac pumping unit on a 43 ft tri-axle drop-deck trailer, 8 ft 6 in. wide, taken apart the way a shop strips one: the discharge line and suction header come off, the driveshaft comes out, the pump lifts off its sub-base and its fluid end slides off the stay rods. Then the radiator package, the exhaust, the transmission, the engine and the tanks come off the deck, and the wheels, axles, landing gear and kingpin come off the frame. At every joint the nuts spin off first. The bolting we make is in colour. Press Solid view for a steel model.
Bolt the pump's feet to the sub-base on the trailer deck: six shown, typical. They come out whenever a pump is swapped.
Twenty stay rods with a 1-3/4 in.-8UN thread tie the fluid end to the power end, each with a heavy hex nut. The frac pump has its own exploded view, which takes the whole pump apart.
Eight bolts and nuts at each end of the driveshaft, on the 285 mm flange with a 245 mm bolt circle (ISO 7646 / DIN pattern): one flange on the transmission output, one on the pump's gearbox input.
Hold the engine's four feet down to the pedestals on the main beams: eight shown, typical.
Sixteen 1/2 in.-13 cap screws on a 26-3/4 in. bolt circle, through the transmission's bell housing into the engine's SAE J617 No. 0 flywheel housing.
Hold the transmission's two rear feet to their pedestals: four shown, typical.
Bolt the feet of the radiator and cooler frame to the gooseneck deck: twelve shown, typical.
Studs and nuts on the exhaust flange, the U-bolt clamps round the silencer and the bolts under the silencer frame.
Eight 1-1/8 in.-8UN studs, 7-1/2 in. long, on a 9.06 in. bolt circle at each joint of the high-pressure line (API 6A type 6BX, 3-1/16 in. 15,000 psi, BX-154 ring gasket), each with two heavy hex nuts.
Eight 3/4 in. studs on an 11-3/4 in. bolt circle join the suction header to the pump's manifold (ASME B16.5 Class 150, NPS 8); U-bolt clamps hold the header in its saddles.
The fuel tank's step-bracket bolts and strap T-bolts, and the foot bolts of the hydraulic tank.
Two U-bolts clamp the axle to each trailing arm, twelve on a tri-axle, with a nut on each leg.
One large bolt through each frame hanger and trailing arm bushing: six on a tri-axle.
Ten M22 × 1.5 studs on a 285.75 mm bolt circle in each hub, with two-piece 33 mm hex flange nuts, carrying a pair of hub-piloted wheels: sixty on a tri-axle.
Ten bolts and nuts (typical) through each leg's mounting plate into its frame bracket.
Hold the bolt-in kingpin's flange up into the upper coupler plate under the gooseneck: eight shown, typical.

The flywheel housing bolt pattern, the discharge and suction flanges and their studs, the driveshaft flange pattern, the wheel stud pattern, the trailer width and the pump's overall size and stay rod thread follow published standards and data. The trailer frame, suspension, landing gear, kingpin plate, engine, transmission, radiator, exhaust, tanks and mounts are illustrative typical proportions, and every bolt count and size marked typical is typical. Your unit's drawings govern. We manufacture to your drawings and specifications.
Drawn to SAE J617 (No. 0 flywheel housing), API 6A type 6BX (3-1/16 in. 15,000 psi discharge flanges), ASME B16.5 Class 150 (NPS 8 suction flange), the ISO 7646 / DIN 285 mm driveshaft flange pattern, the ten-stud hub-piloted wheel pattern (M22 × 1.5 on 285.75 mm, SAE J694 / TMC), the 102 in. width of 23 CFR 658.15 and the published size of 2,500 hp quintuplex well-service pumps.
