Wheel studs and nuts, rim clamp studs, wheel motor mounting bolts, strut cap bolts, steering, hoist, pivot and axle link pins and their keeper bolts, made in Houston to your drawings and specifications.
A 227-tonne (250 short ton) payload, electric-drive, rigid-frame haul truck on 40.00R57 tyres, taken apart the way a mine workshop does it. First the wheel change: the wheel nuts spin off and the front wheels come off their hub studs, then the rim clamp nuts and cleats, the outer dual, the spacer band and the inner dual. Then the component exchange: the wheel motors are unbolted from the axle housing, the hoist and pivot pins come out and the body lifts off, the spindles and struts come off the front, the rear axle is unpinned, and the deck is lifted so the engine module can roll out of the front. The bolting and pins we make are in colour. Press Solid view for a painted steel model.
A ring of studs in each front hub flange, with a wheel nut on every stud clamping the rim's mounting flange to the hub. All undone at a front tyre change. Typically Grade 8 / class 10.9.
Studs in the end of each wheel motor hub carrying the wedge cleats that clamp the outer rim, spacer band and inner rim of the rear duals. First off at every rear tyre change.
The ring of large cap screws and hardened washers that holds each wheel motor and final drive to the end of the rear axle housing. Typically class 10.9 or 12.9.
A retainer plate and a ring of cap screws up into the strut's piston rod hold each front spindle on.
Four large bolts through each of the two mounting caps that clamp a front suspension strut into its saddles on the frame.
Machined pins joining the steering cylinders and tie rod to the spindle arms and frame, each held by a keeper bar and two bolts.
The nose cone pivot pin, the anti-sway bar pins and the rear strut pins that hold the axle housing to the frame, each with a keeper bar and two bolts.
A pin at each end of both hoist cylinders, to the frame at the bottom and the body at the top, with keeper bars and bolts.
The two large pins the dump body hinges on at the tail of the frame, each held by a retainer bar and two bolts.
Bolts, nuts and hardened washers at the four mounts that hold the engine, alternator and radiator subframe inside the frame rails.
Bolts and nuts holding the deck, with the cab and control cabinet on it, down to the frame's uprights, and the access ladder to the deck and bumper.

Request a quote832-446-3442A generic 227 t (250 short ton) class electric-drive haul truck, not any maker's design. The wheelbase, overall length, loading height, tyre and rim size, frame rail width, front brake disc diameter and strut stroke follow published figures for this class; the frame, axle housing, wheel motors, struts, body, deck and engine module are illustrative typical proportions, and every bolt and pin count and size is typical. Wheel mountings differ between makers and rim types, and mechanical-drive trucks have final drives where this one has wheel motors. Your drawings govern. We manufacture to your drawings and specifications.
Drawn as a typical 227 t electric-drive haul truck from makers' published dimensions for the class, with 40.00R57 tyres on 29.00-57/6.0 five-piece earthmover rims (TRA / ISO 4250) and bolting to SAE J429 Grade 8 and ISO 898-1 property classes with ASTM F436 hardened washers.
