Manway and nozzle studs and nuts, instrument flange bolting, davit hardware, internals, platform, ladder and anchor bolts, made in Houston to your drawings and specifications.
A vertical pressure vessel on a skirt, 60 inches inside diameter and 12 feet tangent to tangent, laid out to ASME Section VIII with Class 300 flanges and opened up the way a fitter does it: the piping and instrument flange nuts spin off and each joint parts, the 24-inch manway cover eases off its studs and swings aside on its davit, the internals unbolt, and the vessel lifts off its anchor bolts. The bolting we make is in colour. Press Solid view for a steel model, or Cutaway to see the shell wall, the nozzle necks, the mist eliminator and the inlet baffle inside.
Clamp the 24-inch blind cover over the manway gasket: twenty-four 1-1/2 in. studs on a 32 in. bolt circle (ASME B16.5 Class 300, NPS 24), each with two heavy hex nuts. Off at every internal inspection.
The process connections, all Class 300: twelve 7/8 in. studs on the NPS 8 inlet, twelve 3/4 in. studs on the NPS 6 gas outlet and eight 3/4 in. studs on the NPS 4 liquid outlet brought out through the skirt.
NPS 2 Class 300 flanges for the level bridle, the relief-valve connection and a blinded spare: eight 5/8 in. studs on each.
The threaded hanger that carries the manway cover from the davit arm, and the pin that joins it to the lug on the cover.
Clamps the mist eliminator pad between its grids on the support ring and holds the inlet baffle to its clips, so internals come out through the manway.
Platform brackets and ladder rails bolted to clips welded on the shell and skirt.
Cast into the foundation and up through the base ring and anchor chairs, with a washer and heavy hex nut on each.

The manway and nozzle flanges, their studs and their gaskets follow ASME B16.5 and B16.20; the shell, heads, skirt, anchor chairs, davit, platform, ladder and internals are illustrative, typical proportions, and the anchor, internals, platform and ladder bolt counts are typical. Your drawings govern. We manufacture to your drawings and specifications.
Drawn to ASME B16.5 (Class 300 flanges, blind cover and stud bolts), ASME B16.20 (spiral-wound gaskets) and ASME B36.10 (nozzle neck pipe), on a vessel laid out to ASME Section VIII, Division 1.
