Clamp connector drive screws and hinge pins, hub clamp studs, valve flange and bonnet bolting, gear operator studs and structural bolts, made in Houston to your drawings and material specifications.
A four-slot subsea production manifold rated 10,000 psi: a 10-inch header with four 5-1/8 inch branches, each with a flanged ball valve and a clamp hub for its jumper. It comes apart the way it would be stripped in the yard. The roof bolts come out and the protection roof lifts off; the clamp connectors open and the jumpers, export spool and hub cap pull away; at each valve flange the nuts spin off first, then the spools and valves pull out of the line with their studs and ring gaskets; the gear operators and bonnets lift, and the balls come out through the top; last, the panel, anodes and shackles come off and the frame lifts off its mudmat. The bolting we make is in colour. Press Solid view for a steel model, or Cutaway to see the ball, seats and stem inside one branch valve and the bore through its flanges, hub and clamp connector.
One opposite-hand drive screw per ROV clamp connector, running in two threaded trunnions. An ROV torque tool turns it to close the clamp on the hubs.
Two per connector, joining the three clamp segments so they open and close together.
Four studs across the lugs of the bolted clamp that holds the pressure cap on the spare header hub, a nut on each end.
Twelve 1-1/8 in. × 8-3/4 in. studs on an 11.81 in. bolt circle at each 5-1/8 in. 10,000 psi flange (API 6A type 6BX), each with two heavy hex nuts, over a BX-169 ring gasket: both ends of every branch valve.
Twelve per top-entry ball valve, screwed into the body and holding the bonnet down over its seal.
Eight per valve, fixing the gearbox and its ROV torque-tool bucket to the mounting pad on the bonnet.
Four at the head of each of the five columns, each with a nut and two washers, so the roof comes off for access to the valves and hubs.
Join the base frame to the mudmat through pairs of lug plates round its edge, two bolts to a pair.
Hold the ROV panel, with its hot stabs, gauge and paddle-handle valves, on its posts.
Bolt the sacrificial anodes' steel cores to doubler plates on the base frame, keeping the protective current path continuous.
Bolt-type pins with nut and split pin, through the four lifting padeyes.

Request a quote832-446-3442A generic four-slot manifold, not any maker's design. The valve flanges, their studs and their BX-169 ring gaskets follow the API 6A type 6BX table for 5-1/8 in. 10,000 psi, and the header is drawn as NPS 10 Schedule 160 pipe. The frame, mudmat, roof, valve bodies, gear operators, clamp hubs and clamp connectors are illustrative typical proportions; the bonnet, operator, clamp and structural bolt sizes and counts are typical. Materials are named as typical only: subsea bolting material, hardness limits and coatings are set by your project specification. Your drawings govern. We manufacture to your drawings and specifications.
Drawn to API 6A (type 6BX flanges, studs and BX ring gaskets for 5-1/8 in. 10,000 psi, the flange that API 17D subsea equipment of that rating mates with) and ASME B36.10M (header pipe).
