Jumper flange studs and tommy-bar nuts, bonnet and choke studs, actuator screws, 6BX outlet studs, connector studs and structural bolts, made in Houston to your drawings and specifications.
A vertical subsea production tree, 5-1/8 inch production bore by 2-1/16 inch annulus bore, rated 10,000 psi, locked on its wellhead by a hydraulic connector, with the jumper leaving through a swivel flange. It comes apart the way it would be stripped on the quayside. The tensioners come off the jumper flange, the nuts spin off and the jumper swings clear; the tree cap, the control module and the choke insert lift out; the actuators unbolt from the valve bonnets, then the bonnets come off with their stems and gates; the crossover and wing blocks pull off their studded outlets with their BX rings; the ROV panel, guide funnels, frame halves and anodes come away; last, the tree lifts off the connector and the connector off the wellhead. The bolting we make is in colour, studs and nuts alike. Press Solid view for a steel model, or Cutaway to see the production bore, the master, swab and wing gate valves with their actuators, the choke and the connector's locking dogs in section.
Twelve 1-1/8 in. studs on an 11.81 in. bolt circle make up the jumper's swivel flange to the tree's flowline spool over a BX-169 ring gasket. The studs are long enough for a hydraulic tensioner to grip the end; the nut on that side is run down through the tensioner's window with a tommy bar, so it is drilled in the flats. Heavy hex nuts on the other side.
Eight studs and nuts holding the tree cap on top of the valve block, over the production and annulus bores.
Eight studs and nuts holding the choke insert, with its trim and actuator, in the choke body: the joint opened most often on a tree.
Eight cap screws fixing each of the six hydraulic actuators to its valve bonnet.
Twelve per 5-1/8 in. gate valve and eight per 2-1/16 in. valve, screwed into the block and holding each bonnet down over its seal.
Twelve 1-1/8 in. tap-end studs in the studded 5-1/8 in. outlet (API 6A type 6BX, 10,000 psi, BX-169 ring) carry the wing block; eight 3/4 in. studs on a 6.25 in. bolt circle at the 2-1/16 in. annulus outlet (BX-152 ring) carry the crossover valve block.
A ring of studs in the top of the hydraulic tree connector, carrying the valve block and every load on the tree down into the wellhead.
Bolt the subsea control module's mounting base to its support; the module itself is landed and locked by ROV.
Hold the ROV panel, with its hot stabs and torque-tool buckets, on its posts.
At the beam splices and arm ends that tie the two halves of the guide frame together round the tree.
Four through each pair of lugs that fixes a guide funnel to a corner post of the frame.
Bolt the sacrificial anodes' steel cores to pads on the frame, keeping the protective current path continuous.
Bolt-type shackle pins with nuts, through the four lifting pad-eyes.

Request a quote832-446-3442A generic vertical subsea tree, not any maker's design. The wing, crossover and jumper flanges, their stud sizes, bolt circles and their BX-169 and BX-152 ring gaskets follow the API 6A type 6BX tables for 5-1/8 in. and 2-1/16 in. 10,000 psi. Everything else is typical: the bonnet, actuator, choke, tree cap, connector, control module, panel, frame, funnel and anode bolt sizes and counts, the jumper stud length and the tommy-bar holes, and the tensioners shown on alternate studs. The wellhead, connector, valve block, valves, actuators, choke, flowline connector, swivel flange, control module, frame and funnels are illustrative typical proportions. Materials and coatings are named as typical only: subsea bolting material, hardness limits and coatings are set by your project specification. Your drawings govern. We manufacture to your drawings and specifications.
Drawn to the API 6A type 6BX flange tables for 5-1/8 in. and 2-1/16 in. 10,000 psi (studs, bolt circles and BX-169 and BX-152 ring gaskets), the flanges that API 17D subsea tree flanges of that rating, swivel flanges included, mate with. Bolting materials follow the usual subsea practice of API 17D, API 20E and API 20F, named here as typical only.
