Anchor bolts, thimble studs, flange bolts and nuts, tie rods, U-bolts and stainless fixings for clarifiers, sluice gates and gallery piping, made in Houston to your drawings and specifications.
One corner of a municipal water or wastewater treatment plant: a 40 ft circular clarifier with its centre drive, bridge, torque cage and rake arms, a 36 × 36 in. cast sluice gate on a channel wall, and a short run of 16 in. flanged gallery piping with a butterfly valve, flow meter, check valve and dismantling joint. It comes apart the way a maintenance crew does it: in the gallery the nuts spin off, the dismantling joint closes up and the valves and meter lift out; at the gate the floor stand, stem, guide rails, slide and frame come off the wall thimble; at the clarifier the bridge and drive lift off, then the rake arms, blades, cage, weirs and baffle. The bolting we make is in colour. Press Solid view for a steel and concrete model, or Cutaway to section the tank, the channel wall and the piping.
Hold the centre drive base on the pier and carry the torque of the rake arms.
Bolt the cage to the drive's main gear and splice its sections.
Fix each truss arm to the cage and join its sections at the field splice.
Clamp the scraper blades to their hangers through slotted holes, so they can be set to the floor and replaced.
Studs, nuts and plate washers for the V-notch weir plates, with slotted holes for levelling, and the bolts and anchors for the scum baffle brackets. Stainless is typical here.
Bridge seat anchors, the bolts to the drive, handrail post bolts and grating clips.
Threaded into the cast wall thimble; the nuts clamp the gate frame to it.
Bolt the guide rails to the frame.
Hold the wedges on the slide and set how hard it closes on its seat.
Lock the coupling sleeve to the two lengths of the rising stem.
Fix the stem guide brackets up the channel wall.
Hold the operator pedestal on the deck against the gate thrust.
Sixteen 1 in. × 4-1/2 in. bolts per joint on a 21-1/4 in. bolt circle (16 in. flange, ASME B16.1 Class 125 drilling) over full-face gaskets.
Threaded rods and nuts through the dismantling joint and its neighbouring flanges, carrying the pressure thrust.
Check valve cover bolts and the bolts that mount the butterfly valve operator.
Clamp the pipe into its support saddles.
Fix the support base plates to the gallery floor.

The 16 in. flanges, their bolt circle, holes and bolts follow ASME B16.1 Class 125 drilling (as AWWA C207 Class D) and the butterfly valve length follows AWWA C504; the clarifier, drive, cage, arms, bridge, weirs, sluice gate, stem, floor stand, flow meter, check valve, dismantling joint and pipe supports are illustrative typical proportions, and every other fastener count, size and material is typical. Stainless steel (304 / 316) is typical for submerged and splash-zone fasteners. Your drawings govern. We manufacture to your drawings and specifications.
The 16 in. flanges and their bolts are drawn to ASME B16.1 Class 125 drilling (shared by AWWA C207 Class D), with the butterfly valve length from AWWA C504; the sluice gate follows the arrangement of AWWA C560 cast gates.
