Certified at the heat. Documented to the part.
Every fastener we make is traceable from mill certificate to shipping box. Our quality management system is registered to ISO 9001:2015, and the documents your inspectors need come with the order — or from the portal, on demand.
One heat number, bar to flange.
- 01Certified bar inMill certificate checked and the heat number recorded before the bar is used.
- 02Cut to lengthAutomatic band saws cut the bar; the heat identity stays with every piece.
- 03Turned & threadedCNC lathes, thread rolling or die-head thread cutting, in Houston.
- 04Heat treatedWhere the grade calls for it, through approved Houston processors to the specification.
- 05Inspected & testedDimensional inspection, hardness and tensile per lot; PMI and Charpy on request.
- 06MarkedDot-pin grade symbol, manufacturer's mark and heat identity on the part.
- 07CertifiedAn EN 10204 3.1 material test report ties the finished part back to its heat.

The paperwork, explained.
Material test report (MTR)
The mill certificate for the heat your parts were made from — chemistry, mechanical properties, heat number — supplied with every order and traceable through our ERP from receipt to shipment.
EN 10204 3.1 certificate
Our certificate of conformance to the order and specification, validated by our own quality department. Standard on every order.
EN 10204 3.2 certificate
The same declaration witnessed and countersigned by an independent inspector or the purchaser's representative. Specify at order and we schedule the inspection.
Positive material identification (PMI)
Spectrometric verification that the alloy is what the paperwork says. Available on any lot, and standard practice for nickel alloys and duplex.
Charpy impact testing
Low-temperature toughness testing for L7 / L7M and other sub-zero service grades — specify the test temperature and we test to it.
Hardness, coating and thread reports
Hardness verification for sour-service grades (B7M, L7M, 2HM), coating thickness reports, and thread gauging records on request.
