CNC Turning
27 CNC lathes turning studs, bolts, nuts and machined components from ¼ in. to large-diameter bar — the core of everything we make.
Swiss-Type Turning
Sliding-headstock lathes hold small-diameter bar at the cutting tool — long, slender pins, set screws, fittings and instrument fasteners to tight tolerances and fine finishes.
CNC Milling
Multi-axis milling for hexagons, flats, slots, flanges and the non-standard geometries that come in on customer drawings.
Polygon Turning
A geared polygon cutter forms hexagons, squares and flats on a dedicated polygon turning machine — all six flats of a hex cut at once, without a milling operation.
Thread Rolling
Threads formed by displacing metal rather than cutting it — a cold-worked thread root in compression, more resistant to fatigue than a cut thread.
Die-Head Thread Cutting
Single-point and die-head threading for large diameters, special pitches, tapered and left-hand threads.
Hydraulic Press
Internal hex sockets and drives broached into socket screws, set screws, plugs and custom fasteners — a hardened broach is pressed into a drilled pilot hole, forming a full-depth drive with crisp corners in a single stroke.
Automatic Band Sawing
Numerically controlled saws cut certified bar to length around the clock, feeding the lathes without an operator at every machine.
Dot-Pin Marking
Every part is marked with its grade symbol, manufacturer's mark and heat identity — traceable from the mill certificate to the flange.
Laser Marking
Fiber-laser marking of maker's marks, grade symbols and heat numbers — permanent and legible with no indentation, for delicate parts and cosmetic faces.
Heat treatment, plating, hot-dip galvanizing and PTFE coating run through our approved Houston processors — and 24/7 hot-shot manufacturing when a line is down.
