1-1/8"-8 UN-2A x 6" (+/- 0.06") all thread studs with a deformed thread, made from ASME SB637 Alloy 718.
Studs are cut from certified bar, threaded by rolling or single-point cutting to the class called out, and chamfered and marked before they leave. Double-end and tap-end patterns, special lengths and drilled or coated variants are all made to the drawing.
About the material: The premier high-strength nickel superalloy — 185 ksi tensile and 150 ksi yield from cryogenic temperatures to 1200 °F, with corrosion and sour-gas resistance to match. Read the Inconel 718 data page →
