Inconel 718 (ASTM B637 N07718), precipitation hardened, silver plated. Machined to the customer's drawing in our Houston shop.
3/8"-16 UNC x 1/2" socket head cap screw to ASME B18.3 in precipitation hardened ASTM B637 N07718. Silver plated per MIL-QQ-S-365D Type 1 Grade B, .0005" thick.
Special socket products are machined from bar where the specification allows, with the socket broached and the threads rolled, or cut where the specification or order allows, then heat treated and plated as the specification requires. Shoulder, low-head, flat-head and set-screw patterns follow ASME B18.3 unless the drawing says otherwise.
