4-1/2"-8 UN x 44" studbolt with heavy hex nuts, ASTM A193 B7 stud and A194 2H nuts, machined in Houston. At this size the work is keeping the stud straight over its full length and the threads consistent from end to end.
Studs are cut from certified bar, threaded by rolling or single-point cutting to the class called out, and chamfered and marked before they leave. Double-end and tap-end patterns, special lengths and drilled or coated variants are all made to the drawing.
