Studbolt and Heavy Hex Nut Sets, Xylan Coated
ASTM A193 B8M Cl.1 / A194 8M, Xylar 2 + Xylan 1424. Machined to the customer's drawing in our Houston shop.
A large project covering a wide range of studbolts with two heavy hex nuts each: studs to ASTM A193 B8M Class 1, nuts to ASTM A194 Grade 8M, coated with Xylar 2 base and black Xylan 1424 for corrosion resistance.
Studs are cut from certified bar, threaded by rolling or single-point cutting to the class called out, and chamfered and marked before they leave. Double-end and tap-end patterns, special lengths and drilled or coated variants are all made to the drawing.
