Special 1-1/8"-12 UNF-2A male-to-male coupler, 3" overall length with a .875" ID, precision-machined from ASTM A564 17-4 PH H900 stainless steel. Manufactured to the customer's print and specifications.
Machined components are built to print from certified bar: turned, milled, drilled and tapped, then inspected against the drawing before shipment. Pins, sleeves, plugs, fittings and adapters are typical of this work.
About the material: The high-strength stainless — up to 190 ksi in H900, or 115 to 135 ksi with real toughness in the H1150 conditions — for pump shafts, valve stems, subsea and aerospace fasteners. Read the 17-4 PH data page →
