Custom 3-1/4"-8 UN special nut machined from 5" diameter 4140 bar meeting ASTM A193 B7, with large-diameter milling and precision hole drilling.
Nuts are machined from bar or hex stock, tapped to the thread class specified, and heat treated where the grade requires it. Heavy hex, jam, castellated, cap, seal and coupling patterns are turned in-house, so special dimensions cost no more than standard ones.
