M6-1.0 Hex Castle Nut

M6-1.0 hex castle nut in Class 10 alloy steel. A small part with a big job: the castellations take a cotter pin so the nut cannot back off under vibration.

Nuts are machined from bar or hex stock, tapped to the thread class specified, and heat treated where the grade requires it. Heavy hex, jam, castellated, cap, seal and coupling patterns are turned in-house, so special dimensions cost no more than standard ones.
