1-1/16"-16 UN-2A threaded component for a power generation application, turned and milled on a Doosan GT2100M from ASTM A582 416 stainless in Condition T and expedited to the customer.
Machined components are built to print from certified bar: turned, milled, drilled and tapped, then inspected against the drawing before shipment. Pins, sleeves, plugs, fittings and adapters are typical of this work.
