Special square head stem adapter, 1.125" ID × 3.28" (±.02), machined from Monel K-500 for corrosion resistance and strength.
Machined components are built to print from certified bar: turned, milled, drilled and tapped, then inspected against the drawing before shipment. Pins, sleeves, plugs, fittings and adapters are typical of this work.
About the material: Monel 400 corrosion resistance with more than twice the strength — 130 ksi tensile, 90 ksi yield and 24 to 37 HRC — for pump shafts, subsea fasteners and oil-tool components. Read the Monel K-500 data page →
