3/8-16 UNC-2A × 2-1/2" hex head cap screw in ASTM A564 17-4 PH, heat treated to Condition H900.
Headed fasteners are turned or forged to the pattern on the drawing, threads rolled or cut to class, and supplied with the finish specified. Heavy hex, 12-point flange, eye and special-head styles are routine work here.
