Subsea hydraulic fitting machined to customer drawing, 7/8"-9 UNC-2A x 1.100" overall length. Made from Nitronic 50 to ASTM A276 Condition A for strength and corrosion resistance.
Machined components are built to print from certified bar: turned, milled, drilled and tapped, then inspected against the drawing before shipment. Pins, sleeves, plugs, fittings and adapters are typical of this work.
About the material: Nearly twice the yield strength of 316 with better corrosion resistance, non-magnetic even after cold work — the marine and sour-service austenitic for shafts, valves and high-strength bolting. Read the Nitronic 50 data page →
